Requirements for rental without driver

• Minimum age 25 years
• Driver's License issued and valid for at least 2 years.
• RG and CPF (compulsory for Brazilians) without restrictions of any kind.
• Foreign Passport & valid license in English.
• The documentation must be original. Copies will not be accepted.

Rental Conditions

• Discounts and promotions are not cumulative
• Amounts in reais (R $)
• The rental service will be submited to cadastral approval
• Not included in rates, and will be charged separately: traffic fines, fees, fuel, overtime,
• additional protections and optional services.
• Extra Conductors will be charged of an additional fee
• The vehicle can only leave the State of Rio de Janeiro with the prior authorization of BLINDATO.

Overtime

The value of the daily rates will be determined by counting periods of 24 consecutive hours, counted from hours and minutes of commencement of the lease. After the expiry of the last period of 24 consecutive hours, 60 minutes there will be complimentary for the return of the vehicle. If exceeded the deadline, the courtesy hours no longer apply, but should be charged as overtime. Will be charged extra hour, corresponding to 1 / 6 of the daily rate for each hour.

BLINDATO Guarantees

The vehicles are reserved and protected by group and not by brand, model and color you want. n case of unavailability of the group booked, the client will receive a vehicle tier at no additional cost.

BLINDATO Protections

The protections are not safe, but an agreement offered by the eenter to the rentee.

This Agreement through which the RENTER, by charging a daily fee already included in the daily vehicle, assumes responsibility for payment of amounts that exceed the limit of exemption of 15% (fifteen percent) of the value of the vehicle 0 km armored established for the tenant.

Our protections cover:

Protection against theft, fire and total loss of vehicle damage and / or damage to the vehicle caused by collisions and / or accidents, falling to the RENTEE, just pay for postage / co-participation, established in the RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Protection against third party damage or personal injuries caused to others due to accidents involving the rental vehicle, with the participation of the tenant in excess up to the values set in the RENTAL AGREEMENT.

The protections will only be valid upon submission of police report, to the maximum period of five (5) business days after the date of occurrence. he LESSOR shall be notified by the LESSEE on the occurrence within a maximum of 24 (twenty four) hours of the event, when it will also be given a copy of the protocol police reports (BO).

In case of non-delivery of the Bulletin or protocol, as described above, the tenant will have no right to the coverage offered by protection contracts to pay in full, all costs from the event.
